At Level OE, we strive to get your new factory-style wheels to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Free Shipping

We are proud to offer FREE Ground Shipping on all wheel orders within the Contiguous United States (lower 48 states).

2. Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: Most orders are processed and ready for shipment within 1–2 business days.

  • Transit Time: Once shipped, standard ground delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Shipping Carriers: We primarily use UPS, FedEx, and regional LTL carriers to ensure your wheels arrive in perfect condition.

3. Shipping Locations

  • PO Boxes & APO/FPO: Unfortunately, we cannot ship wheels to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to size and weight restrictions.

  • Alaska, Hawaii, and International: At this time, free shipping only applies to the lower 48 states. For quotes to AK, HI, or international destinations, please contact our support team:

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number(s). Please note that for orders of 4 wheels, you may receive multiple tracking numbers, and boxes may occasionally arrive on different days.

5. Delivery Inspection & Address Accuracy

  • Inspection: Upon delivery, please inspect all boxes for any visible signs of damage before signing (if a signature is required). If damage is found, please note it with the driver and contact us immediately.

  • Address Changes: To protect against fraud, we generally cannot change the shipping address once an order has been processed. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.
