Return & Refund Policy
At Level OE, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or cancel an order, please review our policies below.
1. Returns

Return Period: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition: Items must be in brand-new, unmounted, and original condition, including all original packaging and materials.

The "No-Mount" Rule: CRITICAL: Once tires have been mounted on the wheels, they are considered "used" and are NOT eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances. Please perform a dry fit-test before mounting tires.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to all returned items to cover original shipping costs and handling.
2. Cancellations

Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the request is received before the order has been processed or shipped.

After Shipment: If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to follow the Return Policy above once the items arrive.

Special Orders: Any custom or special-order items are final sale and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
3. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us at info@leveloe.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.

We will provide a replacement or credit at no additional cost if the damage is verified as a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
